Lynne Cartwright

Mrs. Cartwright is a 1974 graduate of Heidelberg College with a degree in elementary education. Her experience in teaching started upon graduation leading to a career of 35 1/2 years in first grade, Primary Multiage and Title 1 Reading. She received her Masters in Education with Reading in 2002 and her National Board Certification in 1999. Although not ready to retire, she made the decision in 2009 when asked to come back to her alma mater to teach.

She is still involved in the public schools, tutoring middle school students in reading using Project MORE.
